Shipping policy

1. Processing & Fulfillment

Because we use a Print on Demand model, each item is made specifically for you once you place an order.

• Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times are in addition to the fulfillment time mentioned above. Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (India): 3–7 business days.

• International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination).

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate based on weight/destination.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Elysianwears is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend it.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product or a misprint, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [elysianwears08@gmail.com] with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
